About Us

Design Perfected, Inc. brings its clients 20 years of design experience in residential and commercial plant and floral design. Our owner began in a small floral and gift shop learning design techniques and progressed on to working with a high-end interior design firm. While there, skills and designs were enriched and new avenues opened. Permanent botanical displays were included in premier showcase houses and luxrury homes.
Another change brought out skills in plant design and re-awakened talents in fresh floral arranging. From there, custom applications of all these talents are used at Design Perfected, Inc. to make our clients' spaces exactly what they want.

TO ATTAIN “GREEN” CERTIFICATION

The Woodlands, Texas, (September 14, 2009)—The Green Earth—Green Plants® program announced today that Design Perfected, Inc., an interior plantscape business in Denver, Colorado has earned the status of being a “green” certified business. “Design Perfected has proven that they are an environmentally-responsible business and operate in an ecologically-friendly manner, says Kathy Fediw, LEED AP, CLP, CLT , president of Johnson Fediw Associates and founder of the certification program. Design Perfected is an interiorscape company that takes care of indoor plants in office buildings, hotels and public indoor spaces in the Denver area. “We know that plants help improve indoor air quality, and caring for them in an environmentally-safe manner is crucially important” says Fediw.

Patty Seabolt, owner of Design Perfected passed a rigorous assessment and had to provide proof of the company’s operational procedures. The assessment rates an interiorscape business on their indoor and outdoor facilities, vehicle usage, recycling program, horticultural practices, staff education and giving back to the community. “Design Perfected scored extremely high in their use of eco-friendly horticultural practices and indoor facilities” says Fediw. “We are proud to recognize their achievements and know they will set an example to other businesses in Colorado to operate in a more earth-friendly manner.”

Design Perfected has a no-pesticide policy and uses all natural cleaning products to keep their plants healthy and beautiful. Their business composts all organic materials and they have a beautiful wildlife habitat behind their building.
